Getting started with Spacecamps
Create your account, pick a plan, set up your campground, and open your booking portal for guests.

Create your account
Start at the sign-up page with your name and email. After you verify your email, you can sign in and begin setup.
If you already have an account, sign in and continue from your dashboard.
Choose a plan and start your trial
Spacecamps includes a free trial on every plan so you can explore the product before you pay. Pick the plan that matches your campground size — you can change plans later.
After your plan is active, you will land in the management dashboard where you create and run your campground.
Add your campground
Create your first campground with the basics guests need: name, description, location, and photos. These details power your public booking portal.
- 1Open Campgrounds and choose New campground.
- 2Add your name, description, and location details.
- 3Upload photos that show your grounds and facilities.
- 4Save, then continue into campsite and pricing setup.
Configure campsites, amenities, and pricing
Add each campsite with capacity, features, and rates. Highlight amenities such as showers, power hookups, and water so guests know what to expect.
Set pricing rules that match how you sell nights — including seasonal rates if you need them — so the portal always shows the right price.
Open your booking portal
Every campground gets a booking portal where guests can browse sites, check availability, and reserve online. Review your portal settings, then share the link on your website and social channels.
Once the portal is live, bookings appear in your dashboard so you can manage arrivals, guest details, and day-to-day operations from one place.
