Start at the sign-up page with your name and email. After you verify your email, you can sign in and begin setup.

If you already have an account, sign in and continue from your dashboard.

Every paid plan includes a free trial. You can also continue without a subscription and create one caravan park with up to five sites.

Guest bookings on your portal stay off until you subscribe. You can pick a plan from the Plans page at any time.

Create your first caravan park with the basics guests need: name, description, location, and photos. These details power your public booking portal.

Add each site with capacity, features, and rates. Highlight amenities such as showers, power hookups, and water so guests know what to expect.

Set pricing rules that match how you sell nights — including seasonal rates if you need them — so the portal always shows the right price.

Every caravan park gets a booking portal where guests can browse sites, check availability, and reserve online. Review your portal settings, then share the link on your website and social channels.

Once the portal is live, bookings appear in your dashboard so you can manage arrivals, guest details, and day-to-day operations from one place.
