Payments and payouts
How Stripe subscriptions, guest checkout, and caravan park payouts work in Spacecamps.

Your Spacecamps subscription
Operator billing is handled by Stripe. Every plan includes a free trial. After the trial, Stripe charges the monthly subscription for the plan you chose. You can change plans from the Plans page in the app.
Guest booking payments
Guests pay you directly through Stripe Connect. Spacecamps does not take a cut of booking revenue. Connect onboarding is required before the portal can accept card payments.
Payouts go to the bank account you connect in Stripe. You can review payout status from the Payouts page once onboarding is complete.
If checkout is unavailable
If guests see that online bookings are not available, subscribe to a plan and finish Stripe Connect onboarding from the dashboard. Temporary park closures also pause new bookings until you reopen.
