Payments and payouts

Stripe bills your Spacecamps subscription. Every plan starts with a free trial, and after it Stripe charges the monthly price of the plan you chose. You can change plans on the Plans page in the app.

Guests pay you directly through Stripe Connect, and Spacecamps takes nothing from your bookings. Your portal can take card payments once you finish Stripe Connect onboarding.

Stripe pays out to the bank account you add under Payout Account in your user menu. After onboarding, you’ll find payments, payouts and disputes on the Payouts page under Finance.

If the portal tells guests that online bookings aren’t available, subscribe to a plan and finish Stripe Connect onboarding from the dashboard. Closing the park for a while also stops new bookings until you reopen it.
