How your caravan park subdomain works, what guests can do, and how to share the portal.

Your caravan park URL
Each caravan park gets a booking portal on a subdomain of spacecamps.com.au, for example yourpark.spacecamps.com.au. Guests use that link to browse sites, check dates, and start a booking.
Share the portal URL on your website, email, and social channels. Changes you make to sites, prices, photos, and amenities show on the portal after you save them.
What guests see
Guests can view your park details, site list, map (when you have uploaded a map image and placed sites on it), and contact information. They pick check-in and check-out dates, then continue to a booking form.

Upload a park map in portal settings if you want guests to see site locations.

Place each site on the map from the caravan park map editor.

Set nightly rates and site details so the booking form can quote a stay.
Taking a booking
Online booking needs an active subscription and finished Stripe Connect onboarding. Until then, the portal still shows your sites but guests cannot complete a paid booking.
Confirmed bookings appear in your dashboard and calendar so you can manage arrivals from one place.
