Record Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTA stays with inbound webhooks — not two-way calendar sync.

What it does today
The channel manager is inbound only. Your channel manager or OTA integration can POST reservation create and cancel events to Spacecamps. We do not push availability or rates back out to OTAs, and we do not offer two-way calendar sync.
Use it to keep OTA stays on the same calendar as direct portal bookings, and to record each channel’s commission so payouts reporting reflects what you owe third parties.
Set up a channel
Open Channel Manager in caravan park settings. Add a channel (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or Other), set the commission you pay that channel, and generate a webhook secret.

Create a channel and note the webhook URLs shown in settings.

Generate a secret and send it as a Bearer token on inbound POST requests.

Point your channel manager at the create and delete webhook URLs for that caravan park.
What to send
Inbound payloads include the external reservation id, site, stay dates, guest details, and totals. Cancellations use the delete webhook with that same external id. Invalid or unauthorized calls are rejected.
