How long does it take to set up my caravan park?
You can have your caravan park set up and ready to accept bookings in less than an hour. Add your campsites, upload photos, set your prices, and your booking portal goes live on a spacecamps.com.au subdomain. No technical knowledge required.
Do you charge booking fees or commissions?
We do not charge booking fees or take a commission on stays. You pay a flat monthly subscription, tax included, and direct portal payments go to you via Stripe. Stripe’s card processing fees still apply. For OTA stays recorded through inbound channel-manager webhooks, you can store each channel’s commission so reporting reflects what you owe third parties.
What direct and OTA bookings each cost youHow is Spacecamps different from Newbook or RMS Cloud?
Newbook, RMS Cloud and the other established suites suit large parks and groups that need two-way OTA sync. Spacecamps is a smaller product with public prices, made for independent parks that mainly want guests to book and pay online. OTA stays come in through webhooks, and rates and availability go back out to your channel manager.
Spacecamps compared with NewbookHow does the subdomain booking portal work?
Each caravan park gets a guest booking portal on a spacecamps.com.au subdomain, for example yourpark.spacecamps.com.au. Guests use that link to view sites, check availability, and book. On a paid plan you can show it on your own domain instead, such as book.yourpark.com.au.
Can I accept payments through the booking system?
Yes. After you finish Stripe Connect onboarding, guests can pay by card and funds go to the bank account you connect in Stripe. You keep control of your rates and payment terms. Online checkout stays paused until payouts are set up.
What if I have multiple caravan parks?
The Enterprise plan supports multiple caravan parks under one account, and parks with more than 250 sites. You can manage them from a single dashboard, and each park keeps its own subdomain booking portal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Small and Medium plans start with a 30-day free trial. Stripe asks for a card when you start it and charges nothing until the trial ends. You can also sign up without a card and set up one caravan park with up to five sites before you choose a plan.
What kind of support do you offer?
All plans include email support. Medium and Enterprise plans get priority support with faster response times. The Help Center covers getting started, the guest booking portal, payments, and inbound channel-manager webhooks — or email us if you get stuck.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Every caravan park gets its own referral code and share link. When an owner who is new to Spacecamps signs up with it and pays their first month after the free trial, you get 3 months of your current plan free, added as credit to your Spacecamps billing. There is no limit on referrals, and if you have not chosen a plan yet, your free months wait until you do.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
