This policy covers personal information we process as the operator of the Spacecamps platform — for example when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, contact support, or visit our marketing site.

When guests book through a campground’s booking portal, the campground operator typically decides what guest information is collected for their reservations. In those cases we process guest data to provide the service to that operator. Guests who want to access, correct, or erase booking-related data should start with the campground, or use any in-portal privacy request tools the campground has enabled.
