Caravan park booking software without a cut of your stays

Most searches for caravan park booking software are about a practical stack: live site availability, a guest-facing booking page, card payments, and a calendar staff can trust. SPACECAMPS is built around that job, not around a hotel PMS or a marketplace that sells your inventory for a percentage.

Each park gets a portal at yourpark.spacecamps.com.au. Guests browse sites, pick dates, and pay you through Stripe Connect once payouts are connected. Confirmed stays land in your dashboard and calendar so arrivals are not trapped in email threads.

Plans are a monthly fee. Small is $29/month for one park of up to 50 sites. Medium is $79/month with unlimited sites and advanced reporting. Enterprise is custom pricing when you need multiple parks under one account.

SPACECAMPS does not add a platform commission on stays. Stripe still charges card processing fees on guest payments — that fee is Stripe’s, not a SPACECAMPS cut. If you also take Booking.com or other OTA stays, you can record that channel’s commission for reporting. We do not collect it.

If you already use a channel manager, SPACECAMPS can accept inbound reservation create and cancel webhooks so OTA stays sit on the same calendar as direct bookings. We do not push rates or availability back out to OTAs, and we do not offer two-way calendar sync.
