A Newbook alternative for small independent parks
Newbook is a well-known holiday park platform in Australia. RMS Cloud, RezExpert, Bookeasy, and GuestPoint are the other names operators usually compare. SPACECAMPS is a smaller product: flat monthly pricing, a guest portal on a subdomain, and inbound webhooks for OTA reservations — aimed at independent parks that do not need a full incumbent suite.
Who the incumbents are for
Newbook, RMS Cloud, RezExpert, Bookeasy, and GuestPoint grew up around Australian caravan and holiday parks. They tend to bundle a wide PMS, distribution, and (in many cases) deeper channel-manager connectivity. That breadth is the point if you run a large park, a group, or a sales motion that depends on two-way OTA updates.
Those products are not “wrong.” They are a different shape of software. SPACECAMPS is not a like-for-like replacement for every module in those suites.
Where SPACECAMPS is a better fit
Small independent parks that want online direct bookings without a commission on stays, without a long implementation, and without paying for distribution they will not use. Setup is: account, plan, park, sites, Stripe Connect, share yourpark.spacecamps.com.au.
Pricing is public on the Small and Medium plans ($29 and $79 a month). Enterprise is custom when you have more than one park. There is a 30-day trial.
